Leave your name, a number we can reach you on, and a line about what you need. We will come back on WhatsApp to set up a free measure or answer your question.

When you will hear back

Nobody likes a message that disappears. Here is what to expect once yours reaches us, and what to do if it does not.

Inside our working week, which runs Monday to Saturday right across the day, a call is usually answered as it comes in, and a WhatsApp not long after. If we are out fitting and miss your call, we ring back as soon as we are free, often within the hour. The form on this page lands with us the same way, and we reply on WhatsApp once we have read it.

Outside those hours, in the evening or on a Sunday when we are closed, your message is safe and waiting. We pick it up first thing the next working morning and get back to you then. So a note sent late at night does not vanish, it simply sits until we open, which is worth knowing if you would rather fire off a message than wait to call.

Now and then a message slips through, an app glitch, a number typed wrong, a busy day. If you have not heard from us within one working day, please do nudge us again or try another route, a call instead of a message or the other way round. We are a small team and we read everything, so a second try almost always reaches us. You will never be a bother for following up, so chase as often as you need until you have an answer.

Which Channel

The best way to reach us

All of them land with us, but some suit certain jobs better. Here is the quickest route depending on what you are after.

If you want a new screen and a price, a call or a WhatsApp is best. On the phone we can usually talk through your openings, give you a rough idea of cost, and book a free measure there and then. WhatsApp works just as well if you would rather type, and it lets you send a photo of the window or door so we have a head start before we visit.

If something needs mending, WhatsApp is the one to use. A clear photo of a torn mesh, a roller that has jammed or a screen off its track, with a rough size, is often all we need to size up the job and give you a price, without anyone having to call out first. You can read more on our fly screen repair page.

For a longer question, or if you are comparing options for a whole home, email gives you the room to set it all out and us the room to answer properly. Whichever you pick, you reach the same small team, not a call centre, so the advice you get comes from people who fit screens for a living, not a script on a screen.

One last thing on timing: a call in working hours nearly always gets the fastest answer, while a message lets you reach us when it suits you, even late, and we reply when we are next open. If you have tried one channel and not heard back within a working day, do try another, as the odd message can slip through, and we would always rather hear from you twice than miss you once.

What Happens Next

From your message to a fitted screen

Getting in touch starts a simple, no-pressure process. Here is how it goes once you reach out.

1

We talk it through

You call, message or email, let us know what you are after and your area, and we agree a time to come and measure that fits around your day.

2

Free measure and quote

We visit, measure each opening, talk through which screen suits it, and leave you a clear price per opening. No charge, and no pushing to decide.

3

Made and fitted

Say yes and the screens are made to your sizes within a week or so, then fitted on tape with nothing drilled, checked, and done.

Free Measurement

Booking the free visit

The measure is where most jobs really start, and it costs nothing. Booking it is as simple as a message.

When you get in touch, we find a slot that works for you, including the early evening once people are back from work. At the visit we measure every opening you want screened, check how each one is used, and suggest the form of screen that suits it, retractable, magnetic, sliding, fixed or another. You are under no obligation to go ahead, and there is no fee if you do and none if you do not.

By the end you have a firm price for each opening, so you can pick all of them or just the one and decide in your own time. It helps if someone who knows the home is there to say how the doors and windows get used day to day, but it is not essential. If you would rather see the range first, our services page lays it all out.

A measure usually takes under half an hour for a few openings, a little longer for a whole villa. We bring samples of the mesh and the frame colours so you can hold them against your own windows rather than guess from a screen, and we are glad to mark up a rough plan of which openings to do first if you are spreading the cost. There is no hard sell at the end, only a price and the time you need to think.

After You Are Fitted

We do not vanish once it is up

Getting in touch is not a one-time thing. Long after a screen goes in, the same number reaches us for anything that follows.

Every screen we fit carries five years of cover on the aluminium frame and one year on the mesh, and if anything within that goes wrong, a message is all it takes to put it right. We keep a note of the jobs we have done, so when you call back about a screen we made, we can usually pick up where we left off without you having to explain it all over again.

Years down the line, when a mesh finally tears or a part wears from daily use, we are still here to mend or re-mesh it rather than have you start over. That holds even for screens long past their guarantee, and for ones we never made in the first place. Keep our number, and a screen is never really a dead end.

It is the same with questions that crop up after a fit, how to clean the mesh, how a retractable runs best, what to do if a child has leaned on a screen. A quick message gets a quick answer, and there is never a charge for advice. We would far rather you ask and keep the screen working well than wait until something needs mending.

Before You Message

What helps us help you faster

You do not need any of this to get in touch, but a few details up front mean a quicker, sharper answer.

A line on where you are is the first thing, since it tells us when we can get to you and if it is a villa or an apartment we are coming to. After that, roughly how many windows or doors you are thinking of, and which rooms, gives us a sense of the size of the job before we arrive.

For repairs, a photo is worth a hundred words. A picture of the screen, the tear or the part that has failed, plus a rough width and height, often lets us quote without a separate visit. For new screens, a photo of the window or door and its surround helps us spot anything unusual, a deep reveal, a handle in the way, a track already there, that changes which screen fits best.

None of it has to be exact. We take the real measurements ourselves at the free visit, so your rough numbers are only ever a starting point. If you are not sure what to send, just say what you want to achieve and we will ask for whatever we need.

If you rent, it is worth saying so early. Because we fit on tape with nothing drilled, screens go up and come down again at the end of a lease with no holes to make good, which keeps a landlord and a deposit happy. Tenants often assume screens mean damage and are surprised to learn they do not, so do mention it and we will explain how it works for your place.

Where We Work

Based in Deira, out across the UAE

Our workshop sits on 28C Street in Deira, but the work is out at homes the length of the Emirates, free to visit and measure everywhere. There are local pages for Abu Dhabi, Dubai Hills and Arabian Ranches if you want the detail near you.

Most of our jobs are in Dubai, across both the villa communities and the apartment districts, but we cover Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman just the same, and the free measure travels with us. There is no showroom to call into, since nearly everything happens at your home, from the first measure to the final fit. If you are unsure we reach your area, send a message and ask, the answer is almost always yes.

Travel to the further emirates is built into how we work, so an address in Sharjah or Ajman is no different to one down the road when it comes to the free visit. For homes well outside the city we simply line the measure up for a day we are already heading that way, which keeps it quick. Tell us where you are and we will give you a realistic day and time, not a vague window.

More Than One Home

Landlords, agents and bulk jobs

Not every enquiry is a single home. If you look after several, getting in touch works a little differently, and we are set up for it.

Landlords kitting out a rental, agents preparing units for new tenants, or anyone with a handful of properties can deal with one point of contact for the lot. Send us the addresses and a rough idea of what each needs, and we will line the measures up efficiently, often several in a day, then come back with a price per property and for the whole batch.

The no-drill fit is a real help with rentals. Screens go up without marking the frames and come away clean when a tenant changes, so there is nothing to repair between leases and no deposit caught up in it. For a furnished let, a screen that keeps the windows usable through the warmer months is also an easy thing to point to when you show the place.

For a portfolio, it is usually quickest to call so we can talk through numbers and timing, then follow up in writing by email with everything itemised. We are glad to phase the work across properties to suit your schedule and budget, and to keep the same record of what went where, so future repairs are simple to arrange.

If you need paperwork for your own records or an owners association, just say, and we will put together a simple itemised invoice for each property or one combined note for the batch. We can also hold off fitting until a unit is empty between tenants, or work to a handover date, so the screens go in at the moment that suits the let rather than disrupting anyone living there.

What We Can Help With

Reasons people get in touch

Most messages we get fall into a few groups. Whatever yours is, the first step is the same: say hello and tell us what you need.

A new screen or two

Screens for windows or doors, in whatever form suits the opening. Tell us the room and we will suggest the fit.

A whole home done

Moving in, or finally screening the lot. We measure every opening at once and price each, so you can stage it or do it all.

A repair or re-mesh

A torn or tired screen, even one we did not fit. Send a photo and we will tell you if mending beats replacing it.

A mosquito net

The same product, the word many people use. Ask about a mosquito net and we will fit one made to your opening.

Just a question

Not sure what you need, or what it might cost? Ask away. We would rather point you right than sell you the wrong thing.

To know us first

Like to see who you are dealing with before you call? Our about page tells the story.

No Pressure

What getting in touch will not be

Reaching out should feel easy, not like opening a door you cannot close. Here is what you will not get from us.

You will not be pushed. The free measure comes with no expectation that you buy, and if the answer at the end is not yet, or not at all, that is fine and there is nothing to pay. We are not chasing a target, so the person you speak to has no reason to talk you into more than you came for, and every reason to keep you pleased enough to tell a neighbour.

You will not be passed around, buried in jargon, or left guessing on price. One small team handles your enquiry from first word to last, explains things plainly, and gives you a clear figure before any work begins. Ask as many questions as you like, take as long as you need, and come back when you are ready. The offer of a free measure does not have a clock on it. Get in touch when the time is right for you, and it will be exactly the same friendly, no-strings welcome.

Contact FAQs

Getting in touch, answered

A few things people often check before they message or call. Anything else, just ask.

The quickest way is a call or WhatsApp to +971 50 727 6563. Tell us what you have in mind and roughly where you are, and we book a free visit to measure the openings and price each one. You can also send your details through the form on this page and we will reply on WhatsApp to set it up.

Yes. The home visit, the measuring and the written quote cost nothing, with no call-out fee and no obligation to go ahead. We come round, measure the windows or doors you have in mind, talk through the options, and leave you a price for each. You only pay once the work is agreed and done.

During our hours, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, we usually answer a call straight away and a WhatsApp within a short while. Messages sent late in the evening or on a Sunday are picked up the next working morning. For anything urgent, a call gets through fastest.

We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, and the free measure applies everywhere we work. Within Dubai that runs across the villa communities such as Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills and The Springs as well as the apartment districts. If you are not sure we reach you, just ask when you get in touch.

Often, yes. For a torn mesh, a stuck roller or a screen that has come off its track, a clear photo and a rough measurement over WhatsApp is usually enough for us to tell you what is involved and what it will cost. If we need to see it in person, the call-out for a repair is still free.

We are open Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm, and closed on Sundays. Visits to measure and to fit are arranged within those hours at a time that suits you, including early evening once people are home from work. You can leave a message any time and we will come back to you the next working day.

Our workshop is on 28C Street in Deira, Dubai, where the screens are made up. Most of our work is out at customers' homes rather than at the workshop, so there is no showroom to visit, but you are welcome to reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email to arrange a free measure wherever you are.

Payment is by cash or card, and it is only due once the work is finished and you are happy with it. There is nothing to pay to book a visit or a quote. For larger jobs we will set out the figure clearly before any work starts, so there are no surprises at the end.

Say Hello
