Retractable
The one we sell most. Pull the mesh across as needed and it rolls up into a slim head-rail once released, a fit for a villa's tall doors and broad windows.
Across Ajman we make and fit fly screens to order, from the corniche and Al Nuaimiya flats to the villas of Al Mowaihat and Al Rawda and the Al Zorah waterfront. Each screen is made to your exact opening and fixed with tape, so nothing is drilled and nothing marks your walls. Ajman is a short run up the coast for us, the measurement is free, and the trip is at no cost to you.

Each screen is cut to measure for the opening it covers, so there is a type for every window, door and balcony. Below are the ones we put on most in Ajman homes.
The one we sell most. Pull the mesh across as needed and it rolls up into a slim head-rail once released, a fit for a villa's tall doors and broad windows.
Two sheets of mesh drawn shut by a row of magnets as soon as you pass through, with no hand needed. The standard choice for balcony doors across the Al Nuaimiya and seafront blocks.
Travels in its own dedicated track alongside a sliding door or window, sized to fit. The fitting choice for the garden and balcony doors so common in Ajman.
Soft folds of mesh travel across on a track and then press flat against the frame. A tidy pick for an opening that is too broad for a single fixed panel.
No-frills fixed and hinged screens for the everyday windows and doors of a home, the simplest route to keeping insects out.
See-through netting, grey or charcoal, for windows, doors and over a bed. We put mosquito nets across Ajman, a plain guard that holds the mosquitoes back.
The emirate is small, so the whole of it is easy ground for us, from the seafront towers to the villa districts further in. A handful of the areas we visit most sit below.
Busy apartment areas packed with families, where balcony-door and window screens keep crowded flats clear of insects.
Beachfront towers right on the shore, by the water and so a magnet for mosquitoes once the sun drops.
A waterfront of villas and apartments wrapped around a mangrove reserve and lagoons, where screens are all but essential.
Settled villa neighbourhoods of wide windows and garden doors, the kind of home retractable and sliding screens cover throughout.
Gated townhouse and villa communities off Emirates Road, where garden insects mean the bedrooms tend to be screened before anything else.
The quieter inland parts and the Masfout exclave up in the hills, all within reach for a free measurement and fitting.
Since 2017 we have fitted screens in homes all over the UAE, and Ajman, being small and near, is among the easiest emirates for us to do right. Made to fit, put up with care, and looked after once the job is done. The whole of what we do is laid out on our services page.
As the smallest emirate, Ajman is quick to cross, so wherever your home sits we get to you with little travel and move the work along fast.
There is nothing pre-built. We size up the actual window or door and make the screen to match, so it sits snug and closes with no gap at the edge.
It is strong tape that holds the screen, never screws, so the walls and frames stay untouched. The tape stays put through the heat and lifts off clean when a screen is removed.
We are the only firm in the UAE to keep German, Italian and Turkish systems on hand together, so the right one is paired to your home and your budget.
The measure is free and we put no fee on the drive up to Ajman. Your quote is the same figure a customer in Dubai would be given.
Five years of warranty back the aluminium frames and one year the mesh, and we come back for a repair or a re-mesh later on if it is ever called for.
These are the Dubai prices, with nothing put on for the run up the coast. Each one starts at the figure listed and grows with the size and kind of screen, ahead of 5 percent VAT.
Every listed figure is a starting price; your final amount turns on the screen's size and kind, with 5 percent VAT added. We fix the precise number free during the measure, ask nothing to travel to any part of Ajman, and accept cash or card.
Three stages carry you from a first message through to finished screens, the short trip up to Ajman arranged around you.
We head up to Ajman, take the size of each opening you would like screened, walk you through the screen options that suit, and give a free price on the spot.
Each screen is then made to your figures, in your selected colours of mesh and frame, and is ready inside four to eight working days.
We return and fix every screen with tape, drilling no holes, then work each one open and closed to confirm the seal before we go.
Our work spans the whole of Ajman, plus the emirates beside it, with a free measure in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi as well. Should your area not appear below, simply ask.

What fits a seafront flat, what fits a villa, and why screens pay off in Ajman. Open a section below to read on.
Ajman is a small coastal emirate, and water shapes a lot of it. At Al Zorah a natural mangrove reserve runs lagoons inland behind the marina and the beach, the Ajman Corniche puts apartment towers right on the seafront, and the warm Gulf humidity hangs over all of it. Mangroves and quiet, standing water are textbook mosquito breeding grounds, so the homes near the water meet plenty of them, most of all in the evening. Inland, the busy flats and the gardens of the villa districts bring their own flies and crawling insects.
There is more to it than comfort. Those water-bred mosquitoes carry diseases the World Health Organization watches, among them the broad class of vector-borne disease and dengue. With a screen on the opening, a window or balcony door stays open to the sea air while the mosquitoes, flies and all the rest meet the mesh and go no further, which is why screens appear in so many Ajman homes.
Apartments make up much of Ajman, and a fair share of our flat work falls in Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya, Al Rumailah and the seafront towers. What needs covering first is almost always the balcony door, with the bedroom and living-room windows behind it. A balcony door is met best by a magnetic curtain, a budget option that draws shut as you go through, and a wide sliding door by a pleated screen. The bedroom windows need only a fixed or sliding panel.
Plenty of these flats are let, and there the tape proves its worth: no drilling marks the walls or frames, your deposit is left intact, and the screen can either move on with you or come away cleanly the day you go. Towers closest to the seafront and Al Zorah draw the most mosquitoes, so their balconies and bedrooms are usually screened first. You will find both options on our magnetic and pleated pages.
The villa districts, Al Rawda, Al Zahra, Al Mowaihat, Al Yasmeen and the gated streets of Ajman Uptown, have broad windows, sliding doors that reach a garden, with a front door in constant use. A wide sliding door is served best by a retractable or sliding screen, each of which draws aside when not wanted and keeps the doorway open. The front door suits a retractable or hinged screen, an easy fit for a household in and out all day.
Since a villa has so many openings, screening it is usually a job for the whole house. During the free visit we measure each window and door, suggest a spread of screen types to match them, and quote the lot as one figure. The separate types are set out on our retractable and sliding door pages.
The mesh shoulders the whole job, and by default it is a fine fibreglass mesh, either grey or charcoal. The view through it is clear, air passes without trouble, and it keeps back the usual mosquitoes and flies. Both shades hold a clear view, charcoal giving a shade more daytime privacy from the road. For almost any Ajman home, seafront or deep inland, this standard mesh is enough.
Two upgrades are worth weighing. With a cat or a dog about, a tougher pet-resistant mesh handles the clawing far better. Up against very small biting insects or fine dust, a closer weave keeps more out. We go over the options during the measure, and the weaves and shades are set out on our mosquito mesh and insect screen pages.
Everything begins with a free measurement. We pick a slot, make the drive north, and take the exact measure of each opening you want screened, since a tailored screen seals only against a frame it matches precisely. On the visit we choose the type that fits each window and door, and set a full price on the day, with no payment and no signature required.
Once that is done the screens are made to your sizes and we return to fit them, generally within four to eight working days. All of it goes on strong double-sided tape, which keeps the job clean and free of drilling, and a single plain screen is fitted in minutes. A larger villa naturally runs longer. Since Ajman is small and close, we can usually book the two visits with little wait and around your week.
Nearly all of our screens sit on strong double-sided tape rather than screws. There is no boring into the wall, the aluminium or the uPVC, and once a screen is lifted off no trace remains of where it sat. Made for the purpose, the tape stays firm through Ajman's heat and damp, holding each screen steady in its place.
Here that counts for a lot, with so much of the stock being let flats around Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya and the corniche. Drilling can erode a deposit and is frequently off-limits, so a taped screen keeps both landlord and tenant content. The benefit carries to a villa too, its sound frames untouched, and when moving day comes the screen lifts away leaving nothing behind.
Fitting new screens is only half the picture; we look after them down the line as well. Should a screen, be it one we fitted or one another firm did, develop a torn patch of mesh, a buckled frame, a roller that has stopped running or a tired magnet, we will come out and put it back in order. Most often a repair or a re-mesh covers it, at far less than a replacement, and with Ajman so close the visit is usually a short one.
Our free call-out covers a repair in Ajman exactly as it covers new work. Send a photo of the trouble over WhatsApp and we will let you know the fix and the figure. You can read further on our fly screen repair and mesh replacement pages.
Booking is simple, and the short hop keeps it quick. The quickest way in is a WhatsApp message with your Ajman area and a rough count of how many openings you would like done. We then agree a measuring time that suits you, drive up, and take it from there. The emirate being so small, both visits can normally be slotted in without much delay.
On price, the from figures span AED 300 for a fixed window screen up to AED 700 for a door, the single and double window screens falling between, all before VAT and in line with Dubai, with no charge added for the trip. Because the measure is free and the figure is settled before a single screen is made, the cost is plain from the outset. Once you are ready, every way to reach us sits on our contact page.

Brief answers on the areas we reach, the price and how a fitting runs before you book.
Yes, every corner. Being the smallest emirate and a short way up the coast from us, Ajman is simple to get around, and we look after all of it, the seafront apartment blocks through to the inland villa districts and the homes out at Al Zorah. We call once to measure up, build the screens to match, and call again to fit, and with the emirate this compact both visits can be booked with little delay.
Yes, entirely free and under no commitment at all. We drop by, take the size of each window or door you would like covered, talk you through the screen types that would work, and put a firm price to you on the day. Say yes and the screens are made to those figures; say no and you have parted with nothing. The free measure stretches to all of Ajman, from Al Nuaimiya and the seafront to Al Mowaihat and Al Zorah.
All of them. We put screens up in the apartment areas of Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya, Al Rumailah and right along the Ajman Corniche, in the villa districts of Al Mowaihat, Al Rawda, Al Yasmeen, Al Zahra and Ajman Uptown, and on the Al Zorah waterfront. The inland parts like Al Jurf, and even the Masfout exclave up in the hills, are within our reach as well. If your area goes unmentioned here, ask all the same, because the odds are we cover it.
Yes, and Ajman holds plenty of both. The apartment blocks across Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya and the seafront tend to want the balcony door and bedroom windows screened, where a magnetic or pleated curtain does the job and the tape leaves a let flat unmarked. Over in Al Mowaihat, Al Rawda, Al Yasmeen and Ajman Uptown the villas carry wider windows and garden doors that pair better with retractable and sliding screens. Whichever it is, the screen is built to the one opening it covers.
Exactly as in Dubai, with not a thing added for the journey up. A fixed window screen begins at AED 300, a single-opening window at AED 400, a double-sided screen at AED 450 and a door screen at AED 700, all ahead of the 5 percent VAT. The size and the screen type decide the closing figure, which we confirm free during the measure. Both cash and card are welcome.
It will not. We set nearly every screen on strong double-sided tape instead of screws, which means nothing is bored and nothing is marked on the wall, the aluminium or the uPVC. The tape stands up to the Ajman heat and comes away cleanly should a screen ever be removed. That weighs heavily in the many let flats around Al Nuaimiya and Al Rashidiya, where a deposit is on the line, and a villa's frames are spared any wear in the same way.
Promptly, with the emirate's small size on our side. Once measured, the screens are ready in four to eight working days, and as Ajman is both compact and near, the measuring and fitting calls can normally be booked with little wait. A single everyday window screen is fitted in minutes; a villa with its many openings asks for more of the day, and you leave the booking with firm dates.
Ajman sits on the coast, and at Al Zorah a protected mangrove reserve sends lagoons inland behind the marina, while the corniche beach lies right beside the apartment blocks. Mangroves and quiet, standing water in warm, damp air are where mosquitoes hatch, and a lively city of flats and villa gardens adds flies and other crawling insects. Put a screen on the opening and the windows and balcony doors can stay open for the sea air while the insects are held outside.
Give us your Ajman area and a rough idea of what needs screening across the windows, the doors and the balconies, and a free measurement will be arranged. WhatsApp is the fastest way to us.
Send your details and what needs covering, and we will come back on WhatsApp to set up a free measurement.
The measure is free with no commitment, and we work Monday to Saturday right through the day.
